Delete Your Account

In the Yewki app on iOS or Android:

• →Open your Profile, then tap the Settings (gear) icon.
• →Under Account, tap Delete Account.
• →Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete My Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app, send a deletion request through our contact form from the email address of your Yewki account. We confirm the request by email and delete the account within 30 days.

• →You have 30 days after deletion to sign back in and reactivate your account. After 30 days, your account information, profile, session history, GPS recordings, routes, stats, XP and social connections are permanently deleted from our servers.
• →Data already written to Apple Health or Health Connect stays there. Remove it in the Health app or the Health Connect app.
• →After the 30 days, deletion cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Yewki Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store account (iOS) or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions (Android).
